Pronorm is an audiovisual service provider in the field of urban experiences. Urban experiences are solutions that aim to make residents of an area feel more comfortable and secure. These solutions often consist of very large projections on buildings, complemented by lighting, sound, and interactive controls. The projections are usually executed for marketing, design, sports, art, and culture.

Pronorm organizes large international light festivals worldwide, such as in Dubai, Kölding, and Berlin.

Pronorm does more than just provide the technology for the Light Festival 2023 in Den Helder. In the past, they have designed art with light for various locations, including the crane, Building 66, the Light Cube, the ice rink, and the city park. This year, Pronorm is the creative force behind the City Park, the storefront art objects, Blokker, and the Radar Globe.
