Philosophy for Everyday Life You live in a time where more and more is expected of you, often beyond what you can reasonably carry. As a result, connection with others — and with who you truly are — can fade, leading to stress, pressure, burnout, depression, and loneliness. At such moments, questions may arise like: Is this all there is? Who am I? Where do I come from and where am I going? What is the meaning of all this? Using a range of writings — from Plato to Rumi, from the Bible to the Vedas, from mystics to poets and modern thinkers — Nieuwe Diep filosofeert invites you to explore together and begin the journey into your own mind. The Oracle of Delphi already offered the wise message: “Know thyself.” You’ll also learn a few simple exercises that can help you find more depth in everyday life. For whom? For anyone interested in these existential questions and looking for personal depth. By: Judith Lambregts Start: 6 January 2026 — 6 sessions, €75 Meetings start at 8:00 PM, doors open with coffee/tea from 7:30 PM. To register or ask questions: tnieuwediep+filosofie@gmail.com
